Eligibility
This platform is intended for business buyers. By registering you confirm that you are acting in a commercial capacity and have authority to bind your organisation to these terms. Individual consumers are not the intended audience of this marketplace.
Orders and Payment
All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by the relevant supplier. Prices are displayed in AED and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. We accept bank transfer and online card payment; specific instructions are shown at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. PrintingMaterials.online coordinates delivery across the UAE but is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Custom-printed or cut-to-size items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
