Introduction
These Supplier Terms govern your participation as a supplier on PrintingMaterials.online. By completing supplier registration and having your account approved, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before listing any products.
Approval and Account
All suppliers are subject to review and approval by PrintingMaterials.online before any products are listed. We reserve the right to decline any application or suspend an account that does not meet our standards, without obligation to provide a reason.
Supplier Anonymity
PrintingMaterials.online operates as a marketplace under its own brand. Supplier names, logos, and contact details are not shown to buyers at any point in the buying journey. You must not attempt to identify yourself to buyers outside the platform or circumvent this policy.
Product Listings
You are responsible for ensuring that all product information—including descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and stock quantities—is accurate and up to date. Misleading listings may result in suspension. Products must comply with UAE regulations and any applicable import or safety standards.
Order Fulfilment
Upon receiving an order notification you must confirm availability and dispatch within the agreed lead time. If you are unable to fulfil an order you must notify PrintingMaterials.online immediately so that we can communicate with the buyer and issue a refund where required.
Commission and Payouts
PrintingMaterials.online deducts a commission from each completed sale. The current commission rate is communicated at onboarding and may be updated with 30 days notice. Payouts for delivered and non-refunded orders are processed on a schedule agreed with each supplier.
Returns and Cancellations
If a buyer raises a return or cancellation, PrintingMaterials.online will notify you. Approved returns result in the corresponding amount being deducted from your next payout. Items returned due to supplier error or product defects do not attract a platform commission.
Conduct
You must not attempt to transact directly with buyers identified through this platform, offer lower prices outside the platform, or engage in any conduct that undermines PrintingMaterials.online's business. Breach may result in immediate account suspension and a claim for damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the supplier relationship with 30 days written notice. PrintingMaterials.online may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, serious breach, or reputational risk. Outstanding payouts for completed, non-refunded orders will be honoured on termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
