Application & Substrate Guidelines

• Target Fabrics: 100% Polyester, Poly-blends (T/C), Nylon, Sportswear Mesh, and Mercerized Cotton.
• End-Use Apparel: Athletic jerseys, swimwear, fitness wear, and promotional accessories.
• Screen Mesh Recommendation: Coarse-to-medium mesh (80–135 mesh / 32–54 T/cm).
• Printing Technique: 2–3 underbase passes for sufficient barrier thickness.
• Flash & Curing Specs:
• Flash Drying: 60°C – 100°C (Intermediate drying)
• Full Curing: 150°C for 2–3 minutes (Depending on dryer type and deposit thickness)
